Sales price
The price shown on each product page (tax included).

• If you select a currency other than Japanese yen, the amount is converted at the exchange rate determined by the Company.

Costs to be borne by the customer other than the sales price

• Shipping fee: shown on the cart screen (flat rate)
• Customs duties, import consumption tax, value-added tax (VAT) and similar charges: borne by the customer, except for shipments to Taiwan
• Internet connection and other communication charges

Time and method of payment
Payment is made by credit card when the order is confirmed.

Time of delivery
Shipped within 2 to 3 weeks after the order is placed.

Returns and cancellations
Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for the customer's own convenience.
However, consumers residing in the EU/EEA may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the products (Refund Policy, Article 13).
